i am brutal apparently. i'm too tired to care about it, which may be brutal. you know what's brutal? the ache in left hip. quit the brutality.

today was somewhat better. we got some things done.  we talked out all the kinks. 

one of the best things about today was that physio got postponed. 

snow geese are honking. i'm falling asleep while typing to a honking melody.  

sorry but sometimes a boring person needs to sleep.
