storage wins

today after work i stopped at the thrift to pick up my wardrobe dresser thingo. that sucker was heavy. real woods. i didn't know how to get the seats  down in mom's car so the thrift-kid bungeed the trunk door shut and told me to drive slowly.

norm and billy came over to carry it up the stairs. i felt bad watching them struggle. i told norm i won't buy anything heavy for a while. he said "yeah don't buy anything over 4 lbs next time."

my room is so crowded now. i felt a little overwhelmed at first but after taking a little break and  cleaning some things up i felt a little better. it was fun to hang m's clothes in it.

m says i buy things too soon. speaking of m, he's still visiting family. i saw some of his sibs that i hadn't seen before in our video calls. there's still a few i haven't seen. i hope this visit is good for his soul.

yesterday afternoon, i was done my call with heather and mom was sleeping and hubs wasn't online. the sun was shining and mei-mei was looking cute in her dresser top bed. i don't know what she was looking at. probably her stink bug friends. her lil chin is so cute.

suddenly she felt my eyes on her and got the ick.  oh my  how long has she been there?

maybe if i pretend i didn't see her staring at me she'll go away...

ack she's still there! she's so weird! maybe if i stare back she'll get the hint.
