i'm ok, you're ok.  today my training was short and i had time to get some work done all while laying on the couch with mei-mei sprawled out on my legs. i got a lot done and my legs got super hot. that's how it goes.

i was feeling a little low but my lover came and love wins over everything. love is the most powerful thing there is.  and that reminds me to try love every time because love doesn't fail. i should think about that. how do you show love to someone who hates you? (obv. not my lover. he loves. no. my hater) one thing i can do is pray for my hater. and refuse to hate back. keep a soft heart. it's not easy. i'm not quite sure how to do it but i think i know someone who does.
