best hair in richmond

it appears that i bought blood oranges and i am quite pleased with myself. peeling it in one piece--pleased x2.

i woke up in time for riseandshineshakeonline.  i even made it to the warm up.  the warm up turned out to be music and people just moving slowly.  the first thing i noticed was a lady dancing with her shadow on the wall.  this was susan and she did the music set for today. i find the group to be so earnest.  at the end a guy from new york sang this song that he wrote.  he wrote it as a letter from his soul in the future.  i danced on my chair just to the side so i wasn't fully on the screen.

the other day i was getting groceries and cat food.  i heard rob's voice laughing heartily and i scanned the plaza.  he was in front of shopper's.  i waved to him as i went into iga.  when i came out with my groceries he beckoned me over.  i beckoned him towards me.  i didn't want to take extra steps on my bum3foot.  he kept insisting so i took a few grumpy steps towards him and he lay down on the bench and pretended i was counselling him.  the whole time being loud and goofy.  totally high.  i was like "if this is all you want, i'm outta here."  he got up and threw his beer can in a bush and came walking towards me.  "no! you can't do that!  go get your can!" i incredulously demanded. "it's ok laura.  i'm coming back for it."  oh yeah, ok.  you just go around littering just to come back for the items later.  got you rob.  what a guy.  he walked with me to my car.  as i was returning the buggy he said "don't take this the wrong way, but you have the most beautiful hair in richmond....(my hair was a huge ratty mess that pre-covid i would not have gone out in public like that)...and mine is the second, see mine is getting like yours.."  ummm...

so dr. h phoned a couple of days ago to say that my xrays were normal.  not a surprise.  i didn't think there was a fracture. he said he had a podiatrist for me to go to and a foot and ankle clinic at st paul's. so yesterday as i was sitting on the stairs wrapped in the plushy the podiatrist office called me.  i got an appointment for mid april.  feel free to bug your eyes out.  that's how busy they are.  the reseptionist said she spends all day on the phone they have so many requests.  i mean i took the appointment but i need help now.  so i don't know.  maybe i'll go back to physio.  i just want to find out definitavely what exactly is the problem.  it seems to be getting better as in i can walk further and further.  like grocery shop.  but i want to be able to do much more. i can't be a prisoner of the foot until april.

have you heard of souffle omelettes?  i'm going to attempt to make one.

For all his faults Rob has remarkably good taste . And he's close to being right about the most beautiful hair in Richmond . Come on give him some credit . Too bad about the long wait to see the podiatrist . My experience so far with physio is that they are pretty careful and responsible and usually quite helpful . Maybe all physiotherapists are not created equal . If you didn't find one helpful are there other physiotherapist offices you can try ? Keep praying about it with faith And keep searching because you are entitled to hidden treasures of knowledge that you can discover about your own health . Have faith that you will get the help and inspiration that you need . I feel for you . I know that Jesus cares very much that you are wounded and hurting and he wants to help you heal in any areas of your life that you need to heal . I know it .hmmmm.. I wonder if there is any possibility of you seeing The LDS podiatrist in Chilliwack who is the husband of Katie's friend ??

i really like my physiotherapists. i will go to see them but i just wanted to go armed with a diagnosis. that's a good point. i'll keep looking for hidden treasures of knowledge. :) but 3 hour commute for a podiatrist appointment isn't very realistic. somehow it will all work out.
