what i did
what i did was pull my hair up into a ponytail fountaining from my crown. then i wrapped the ponytail tightly around itself and pinned it. that's what i did. and i did it on a whim.
what i did was order pizza from panago. i tried the new butter chicken one. i don't know. it's not very butter chicken-y to me.
what i did was back my car full of monday groceries so close to the garage door that it was a hair's whisper from contact.
what i did was take tall, goofy, childlike, mostly unintelligable, so and so shopping with me. a couple of times i told myself, "laura, god loves soandso. soandso is his child." to curb any impatience and unkindness that might stem from me. looking back it was a humerous experience--totally innocent. i ought to think like that more often.
what i did was change into my pahjijis as soon as i got home from work.
what i did was watch we are marshall. had to quickly sniff back a few tears before opening the door to the pizza guy.
what i did was lay the nectarine pit on the carpet beside the couch.
