it's time for a change and in honour of this i chose to sit on the lazy boy rather then what has become the customary seat on the right side of the couch.  yep.  change feels good.

so i'm feeling better.  i had a good fast yesterday.  i real one.  and i had a good visit with mohinder and fatinder jis yesterday.  sometimes i think it all comes down to the fact that i get lonely.  but i don't realize it.  it's the down side to living alone.  sometimes i get trapped in the nothingness of my house.

moninder had to leave and fatima and i were laying on the big bed talking.  this is when we came up with the idea.  we're going to put on a dinner party.  a real one.  we're going to plan and execute it exactly the way we want.  as soon as our communal light bulb went off, fatima went for her notebook.  we excitedly started musing over guest lists, menus, table settings, invitations and 'programs'.  we are communally excited.  our dinner party won't be until september. we wanted lots of time to plan.  this dinner party has put stars in our eyes.

i was dreading this morning because i had to get up early and take a member and train him at a janitorial job site.  getting up early is not really the thing that i dread.  it's the peeps at the site.  it can be an egg shell walking sort of thing with some of them.  what makes it worse is that after the first day of training there isn't that much to do except go around following the person making sure they do it all correctly.  it's uncomfy to have nothing to do.  so i tried to have a different attitude today.  and i kept busy by washing walls anywhere close to where my guy was working.  my guy had been drinking the night before and still smelled like beer.  just saying.

back at work i was the only kitchen staff today.  but that's honestly not too bad.  people always help you and if they don't then you just spontaneously combust and then they learn.

one of my member friends bought me a shamrock shake.  a large.  by the time i went home i was a lead balloon of shamrock shake and cheese dogs.

i talked to sarah on skype.

i had a nap.

i played poppit.  i  think the cactus dances like the twins.

tomorrow am lisa and i get to go to kaz's canadianization ceremony.  i'm going to instigate the wave.
