went to the temple today. it was wonderful. it's the perfect anecdote to a wretched wednesday.

in other news i've been having an itchy back pretty much all the time and my back scratcher is missing (karey probably took it). anyways i can never reach the spot and it's so aggravating. today at work i was so desperate i handed lisa the spike we spike our orders on, and commanded her to scratch my back with it. but she was way too timid with it because it was so pointy and sharp, which is precisely why i chose it. then debi stepped in and said "here. i'll scratch it." "it won't be hard enough!", i whined. "yes it will." she said in a knowing way. well before i knew it i had no skin left on my back and therefore, no itch. isn't that a wonderful story?

that is a wonderful story. you work in a kitchen though--aren't there any number of things you could use as a back-scratcher? Like one of those things you use to scoop up pasta?

I can't wait to go to the temple. When Ben and I go down you should come with us.

yes, little fartun-ya has a good point. There must be any number of impromptu scratching sticks in a kitchen. a cheese grater perhaps?
