Is it still your stomach? Too much raw food? hehe If it is your stomach, I have found making tea from fresh ginger by far the most effective. You grate some fresh ginger - about 2 - 3 Tablespoons worth (I never measure) and put it in a medium sized pot with water. Add one slice of lemon. Bring to a boil and then remove the lemon slice (gets bitter otherwise and I hate that flavour). To drink, squirt some fresh lemon juice in the bottom of a mug and a spoonful of honey and then pour the ginger tea through a strainer into your cup. It really, really works really really fast... wish I was there to make some for you...

maybe you got what Katie had, she came home from grandma bee's party feeling sick to her stomach and turned out the have the flu. This caused me to suffer at church because i had to fill in for her teaching a primary class that also was doing the sharing time that day.
