i made this up:

i took two thinly sliced turkey breasts and cut them into strips. then i took some fig balsamic vinegar and little brown sugar, and a sprinkle of steak spice. i dipped the turkey strips in the balsamic mixture, and then frankly, i stir fried them. once stir frying i added a squirt or two of bold and spicy mustard just for kicks. the result was quite yummy. i added my turkey strips to a salad (i have so much lettuce and spinach that i'm forced to have salad as a part of every supper lately) of romaine and spinach, red peppers, roasted walnuts and some crumbled garlic and herbs chevre. i used that yogurt based salad dressing. mustard flavour. twas a good meal.
