grouse grind

it was heather's birthday yesterday. heather's birthday wish was to do the grouse grind, so we both took the day off of work and did it. i'm not going to lie to you. it wasn't fun. but it was rewarding to get to the top and to accomplish something hard. these are our pics of the trail.
















































































































































































































































after we got to the top we wobbled around a bit, looked at the grizzlies and then took the gondola back down. man was it stinky in there! but then again i was pressed up behind drenched in sweat guy and had german man's armpit in my face. once we got down we went to the white spot for lunch/dinner and had bc burgers and chocolate milkshakes. later that night we had two cakes--because we deserve two cakes.
