i didn't think i took any pictures on thursday. i thought i missed a day, and i was sad about it. but then i found this one. it saves the day. this is my friend tanya at work. she got an awesome bruise from playing soccer. a bruise like that is something you can really be proud of. by default this is the picture of the day for feb 8

dave is always there for me. i took this picture of true blue dave just before collapsing into sleep after arriving home from fatima's and realizing i had no picture of the day. dave obliged. that's the way he is. this is feb 9th's pic

february 1oth picture oh the day was taken after my run with heather. we were in the midst of our cool-down and i stopped to take this. i know i take a lot of trees but i like them and that's just the way it is. this was a curly lacy tree.

our kitchen window as seen through the leaves of the bamboo stalk that resides on it's ledge and the glass butterfly that decorate's it's surface.

this is feb 11th's picture. i like the whiteness of elicia's face contrasted with the red of her lips and cherry earrings. she was watching a man who took his tiny kitten to the park. the kitten did'nt try to run away at all and then they walked home together. the kitten was so cute. it kept looking back to see if the man was following it. elicia was very taken by it.

and now i present many pictures of me in my red jacket. i wanted to take a photo shoot of of elicia, but she ended up taking one of me.

i wanted to show you my new pink heart pendant that i heart.

note to self: slouching is not flattering.

sometimes blurry is better than sharp. that's my opinion. this is me in motion.

elicia's idea. she got endless amounts of mirth from this picture.

brother doug is staying with us this week. we barely know it though. he leaves before i'm up and comes home late. but last night i captured him on camera as proof.

i showed him all my pictures and he liked them! there were some he thought were really good and it made me feel excited about takeing them again. it ws the boost i needed. thanks brother doug!

so i went to my room and started taking pictures of my peacock feathers! haha.

then i moved to raindrops on the window, which didn't really work, but that's when i discovered myself in the window. pic for feb 12th

and i became facinated with window shots...

this time i'm on the other side of the glass. speaking of which, some guy walked by and was very startled to see me in the dark window. then we walked past again to get something from his car and again. each time he looked up at me in a kind of scared way. i should have waved. he lives next door so that's great, i creeped out a neighbour.
