feb 5!

last night heather, steve, elicia and i watched mansfield park. it was heather's first time. i love that movie. there's so much goodness in it. so much to think about. it's so beautiful too. afterwards i again realized that i had no picture of the day. so i went to a foggy park to take some shots. of course it was first the trees that inspired me. bare trees are just so artful and gracefull and lacy and 3d and against the dark sky or looming in the fog they are a whole new thing.

i didn't have my tripod so the amazing thing about any of these pictures is that they aren't as blurry as they could have been. i was taking this picture when a girl running in the fog stopped to talk to me. she was friendly and didn't accuse of me of taking clicks. elicia said i'm going to become known as the neighbourhood photographer.

the foggy park. can you see the two people i stealthily took photos of?
the eerie swings. pic of the day
the next series of pictures are not to show off any merit in my picture taking. they're to show the dark creepy way pictures of myself in the dark and fog turned out. the creepy series.
i like the glimpse of fog and tree behind my head.
when i got home, elicia was already in bed and my bedroom door was open and the street lamp was illuminating the fog through the cherry tree and the light was resting on my bed and it looked so peacefull and so i grabbed the tripod and captured it.
