mascara debate

what say you: should you put mascara on your lower lashes or is it only the uppers on the appropriate receiving end? (randy would say here that pamela martin puts her mascara on with a spatula. and then i would get really annoyed because he obviously doesn't even know what mascara is, and yet he is using it to dis pamela martin. and then randy would laugh his diobolical laugh. and then i would glare and say something cutting.) but that's not the point.
