farewell peter jennings

today our branch, well many in the branch, went to vso in the park. stanley park that is. it was lots of fun. i broke my fast with the best tuna sandwiches ever, and we played cards. tovey arrived in a horse drawn carriage with some little girls that might have been his grandkids. tovey was exuberant. we started by singing o canada. ......you know i don't really feel like writing about it but it was a good time.

fatima and i watched must love dogs last night. there were some good parts, some bad writing and acting, but kusak is just so loveable. we had a good time too, but again i feel no inclination to describe. this is a sign that i'm not into this entry.

i saw selina today for the first time in a long time. man her hair grows like a weed. she came with us to the concert in the park. it was good to see her.

i have to make up a newly wed game for the family reunion. uhhhhhh....
